Before completing this RMA form, please ensure you have followed the steps below:

  1. Open a Helpdesk Ticket
    If you are experiencing an issue with your Shoreline DC product, please visit our Helpdesk to open a support ticket. You will be assigned a ticket reference number, which is essential for the RMA process.
  2. Troubleshooting and Authorisation
    One of our engineers will review your case and work with you to resolve the issue. If it is determined that the product needs to be returned, the engineer will provide authorisation for an RMA.
  3. Submit the RMA Form
    Once authorisation has been given, you may proceed to complete this RMA form. Please ensure you include your ticket reference number and any other required information for a smooth and efficient process.
