SL-CF239 Mini Chest Freezer

Fitting Instructions

Prepare the Cabinet-

• Ensure the internal cabinet width is precisely 465mm to match the freezer’s width, including the sliding rails.
• Verify that the cabinet depth can accommodate the freezer’s minimum depth of 510mm when positioned on the sliding rails. Allow additional space for appliance wiring when the cabinet is fully pushed back.

Extend the Rails –

• Fully extend the pre-installed sliding rails from the freezer until they reach their maximum length.
• Align the Rails
• Position the extended rails flush against the interior walls of the cabinet housing. Ensure they are level and correctly aligned to avoid misalignment during operation.

Secure the Rails –

• Firmly attach the sliding rails to the cabinet walls using screws.
• Refer to the attached images for the precise locations of the mounting points on the rails to ensure a secure fit.
• Test the Sliding Mechanism
• After securing the rails, slide the freezer in and out of the cabinet to confirm smooth operation and proper alignment.

Additional Notes:

• Ensure the cabinet housing provides adequate clearance for smooth operation, especially at the front and back to accommodate the sliding mechanism.
• Verify that all screws and mounting points are securely fastened to prevent any shifting during operation.
• Check that the freezer remains level throughout and after installation to avoid performance issues.
